In accordance with the mission, our task is to make life easier for people by providing dry cleaning, aqua cleaning, laundry and ironing services of high quality in accordance with international standards.
 

Quality Management System covers services of drycleaning, laundry of garment and household items.

 

Our dry cleaning service is distinguished by an individual approach to each client and careful attitude to every item, the service of “collecting and delivering clothes and curtains” in any convenient place for the client, several reception points around the city, average prices on the market, the best price-quality ratio and a wide range of services.

 

​We control the correct execution of work up to 8 times at all stages from reception to delivery of the finished product. Our team is focused on the result of quality, correctly performing technological processes. Every day we take upon ourselves part of the household chores and improve the service to be the best for you.

The main objective of «MAÝAM» in the field of quality is to provide competitive services to meet the needs and expectations of consumers at the international level. A tool to achieve this goal is the Quality Management System (QMS) which meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

The goal is achieved by solving the following tasks:

  • a systematic analysis of the requirements and expectations of consumers, assessment of the satisfaction by  our services;

  • creation of an effective system for the selection and development of suppliers based on the principles of mutual benefit and continuous improvement;

  • creation of a favorable and safe environment, as well as the involvement of each employee in the process of continuous improvement of the quality of services provided, systematic training of personnel in the field of quality;

  • quality management of services in the production process following technological maps;

  • professional service of equipment by highly qualified specialists;

  • development of marketing activities and planning activities in this area;

  • development and expansion of partnerships;

  • study of new technologies and the introduction of the most promising and safe of them, developing the scope of consumer services in new directions; 

  • the use of advanced IT technologies and automation "Agbis", which are constantly being improved.

To accomplish the tasks set, the management of the MAÝAM is committed to:

  • comply with legal and regulatory requirements relating to the activities of the company;

  • inform and ensure understanding of the Policy by all employees of the company;

  • regulate and train each employee in technological processes, distributing the responsibility of everyone in the workplace; 

  • control the quality of the production process and the final result;

  • motivate employees to complete assigned tasks (KPI);

  • provide resources necessary to achieve a successful outcome of the services provided;

  • undertakes to maintain and continuously improve the quality system;

  • improve customer satisfaction.
